My project experience includes residential remodeling and staging for homes and condos. Currently, I'm also working with local vacation rental properties to help them attract more renters and stand out among the competition. And, I enjoy working with property owners to realize their dreams and improve return on investment.

As I first started designing home staging and remodeling projects, I discovered that the "after" photos provided by homeowners were sometimes not professional quality. And I think it's really important to show great images. So, I started taking photos myself to make sure I could get good angles and quality shots of completed projects.

I started my scenic photography journey during a trip to Kauai, inspired by the stunning flowers and landscapes there. And years later, I began creating and selling photo notecards of those images along with sunset views and cityscapes from other beautiful locations.
